《易经》是中国最古老的文献之一，与《黄帝内经》《山海经》并称为上古三大奇书。易经以一套符号系统来描述状态的变易，表现了深刻的哲学和宇宙观。它的中心思想，是以阴阳交替的变化描述时间万物的变化。 “易”是指明宇宙人生的变化发展之道，“经”是解释这些道理的经验和科学。也可总称为是探寻宇宙和人生的科学，而不是民间传说的算命之书。易经统筹了社会科学和自然科学，现在科技已经印证易经中的物理学和唯物辩证哲学都只是易经中的一部分而已，千百年来人们把易经作为神秘的算命之书，是因为人们对易经的误解，也是因为易经的智慧太过高深和神奇。易经的神奇是在于：当时未开化的新石器的远古人居然如此聪慧，能够很精确的指明了宇宙本质的几个关键问题，而自以为聪明无比的现代人却还在苦苦探索。   本次《易经与养生》的讲座中，主讲者易经大师蓝有义先生将继续为大家介绍如下主题：一。如何快乐学易经  二。传授大道至简的养生操。 欢迎参加！

  八卦掌又称游身八卦掌﹑八卦连环掌﹐是一种以掌法变换和行步走转为主的拳术。由于它运动时纵横交错﹐分为四正四隅八个方位﹐与“周易”八卦图中的卦象相似﹐故名八卦掌。有些八卦掌老拳谱常以卦理解释拳理﹐以八个卦位代表基本八掌。八卦掌是融养生和技击于一炉，涵养道德的拳术，是董海川先师将武功及内功融为一体，博采众长，加上自己的丰富经验，独创以掌为主的技术手段。以沿圈走转和“趟泥步、剪子腿、稳如坐轿”，扣掰转换以及避正打斜等为运动形式，有别于其它拳术。并且在治病、内功、技击和涵养道德方面，有明显的效应。尤其在内功和涵养道德方面，表现更为突出。 本次武术沙龙主讲高俊杰先生乃董海川先师第五代传人，1982年开始学习八卦掌，至今已30余年，掌法精湛，功力深厚。此番受文化中心诚邀为众多武术爱好者讲解八卦掌与形意拳，机会非常难得，欢迎参加！   活动地点：新天地文化中心   UNIT 215, 3085 HURONTARIO ST, MISSISSAUGA 文化中心网站：www.xtdcc.ca 电话：416-874-6998 邮箱：xintiandiculturecentre@gmail.com
